About the opportunity

Excel Horizons Academy seeks a caring and enthusiastic PP1 Teacher to provide a welcoming learning environment and help young learners develop foundational skills through play and practical activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using songs, stories, games and creative activities.
Develop early language, numeracy, motor and social skills.
Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and learner progress records.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom.
Communicate with parents and support individual learning needs.

PP1 Teacher – Excel Horizons Academy

What you’ll bring

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Development and Education or a related field.
Understanding of early childhood development and competency-based learning.
Patience, creativity and strong communication skills.
Previous experience teaching PP1 is an added advantage.
Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and have a valid TSC number.
