How do I apply for a job?
Open the vacancy and read the requirements and deadline. The application button shows whether to apply on AjiraPlex or on the employer's website. For email applications, upload or select your CV and cover letter on AjiraPlex; we send the application to the email shown in the listing. Sign in and confirm your email when prompted.
How do CVs and cover letters work?
Choose a template, add your real experience and preview the result. AI can help draft wording; review and edit every suggestion before using it. The checkout shows the price to unlock eligible document downloads. Use only qualifications, dates and achievements that are true.
Can I get browser notifications without an account?
Yes. Choose Turn on push notifications from the invitation or Browser notifications in the footer, then allow the browser permission. New opt-ins without an active saved search receive a daily update when new Kenya vacancies are available. An account is only needed to save personalised searches. Use the browser notification settings page to turn notifications off on this device.
How do I set up job alerts?
Sign in, confirm your email and create an alert with your keywords, location, profession and frequency. Manage, pause or unsubscribe from alerts in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an alert email.
Can I post without creating an account?
Yes. Choose Post a job and complete the form. Your vacancy goes straight to staff review; no email confirmation is needed. We send a private management link to your Private contact email, which may differ from the application email. Keep it to edit or close the job. Changes to a live guest vacancy require another review.
How do featured jobs and payments work?
Featured placement is available for eligible live jobs and is labelled as a paid placement. Check the amount and duration before paying. Downloads or featured visibility unlock after payment verification. If a payment needs assistance, contact us with the order reference; never send your M-Pesa PIN or account password.
How do I recover account access?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If an email button does not open, copy the complete fallback link into your browser. Contact the team if you still need help; do not forward private verification or password-reset links.
