Keep account credentials and private management links secure. Submit accurate information and only documents you are authorised to use. Employers control their hiring decisions and may close roles; AjiraPlex does not promise an interview, a job or an employer response.
Job listings and moderation
Employers and people submitting vacancies must have permission to publish them and provide accurate duties, eligibility, application details and deadlines. Do not request application fees, publish misleading adverts or disclose another person's private information. We may decline, suspend or remove listings and accounts where needed to address misuse or inaccurate content.
AI and career documents
AI suggestions are drafts. Check and edit facts, wording and formatting before using them, and do not invent qualifications or achievements. Public examples are starting points to personalise. Paid document access covers the document or template described at checkout and does not guarantee recruitment outcomes.
Prices, payments and featured listings
The checkout identifies the item, price and any placement duration. Access or featured visibility activates after payment verification. Featured listings are labelled paid placements, do not guarantee applications, and do not buy organic search ranking. Contact info@ajiraplex.com with your order reference if a payment is incorrect, duplicated or the purchased service is unavailable so the team can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable law.
External services and support
An employer website or social sharing service operates under its own terms. Use the public Contact us page for support and report suspicious jobs using the vacancy's reporting link. These terms do not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
