Digital Marketer

About the role:

You will plan and run digital marketing campaigns across our platforms, create engaging content and help turn website visitors and enquiries into paying customers. This role suits someone who enjoys marketing technology products and can connect campaign activity to measurable business results.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing plans for our education platforms and software products.

Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing and audience engagement.

Work with the sales and product teams to promote demos, follow up on leads and improve customer conversion.

Plan and run email campaigns that encourage enquiries, product trials, purchases and renewals.

Prepare clear reports showing results, lessons learned and recommended improvements.
Monitor campaign budgets and performance, including cost per lead, trial registrations, subscriptions and sales.

Create compelling marketing copy, graphics, short videos and product demonstrations.

Set up, monitor and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Improve website visibility through keyword research, search engine optimisation and useful content.

Identify new audiences, partnerships and opportunities to grow our brands.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferably at least two years of hands-on digital marketing experience, supported by examples of previous work.

Ability to manage several campaigns, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

A willingness to learn our products and explain their benefits clearly to different audiences.

Strong English writing, communication and copywriting skills.

Practical experience with social media management, paid advertising, SEO and email marketing.

Ability to create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
